A tour of the site for Lascana Homes, the upcoming affordable housing complex in Orange, showed that quality homes can be made accessible in Connecticut. Located on a beautiful 4 acre plot, Carol Martin's plans include thoughtful design choices that reflect Orange's agricultural history and classic New England style. She also pointed out her future facing improvements, which included space for hybrid or remote working and EV parking. These are the types of projects that ensure community stability and economic growth across the state, and everyone is excited to see the construction moving along.
